I come from a fish loving family and so this one is a firm family favourite. Firm white fish is gently poached in a fragrant coconut milk and mustard infused broth to create a silky smooth curry.
All you need is some rice with this one. If you want it hotter, slice red birds’ eye chillis and add to the warmed dish for an added punch.
