Melt in the mouth paneer cooked in a gravy made from fresh baby spinach leaves, ginger and garlic. If you like paneer then this one is a real winner.
Goes well with our lemon rice or some hot fluffy naan bread. If you want it hotter, slice some green chillies and add to the dish when it is hot and mix well.
